The Agent Orange flag can be seen at dns.advnet.net/gdmoore/aoflag.htm. IIRC, the flag is a reminder for the soldiers who were infected by the "Orange Rain" that was used by the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War.

The Agent Orange is officially supported by VVA (Vietnam Veterans of America) through Resolution AO-13-03 (Agent Orange / Dioxin Awareness Month):
"[...]
Further, that VVA publicize the Agent Orange Flag, preserve its history, and make it available to all levels of the organization and interested parties. [...]"

There seems to be different variants of the original flag:
- a photo taken in the War Remnants Museum, Saigon (Vietnam), shows, most probably, the flag's reverse, with only one orange stripe - or, equivalently, two vertical black and orange stripes of the same width:

- a photo taken during a rally organized in June 2009 in Rolla (USA) shows the flag with equal black and orange vertical stripes, and the writing "DIOXIN" instead of "DIOXIN KILLS" below the tree: johnstagner.com/?page_id=544
- "CRW Flags" sells an Agent Orange outdoor flag (shown above), modeled on the South Vietnam flag - black with three horizontal orange stripes in the middle, and the dead tree surrounded by the writing "AGENT ORANGE" (top) and "DIOXIN" (bottom), the "OX" of "DIOXYN" being a skull and crossbones.
